We are very excited that we had several new people join worship at Tarime Baptist Church last Sunday! Some of them were reached when our volunteers came out and witnessed. Praise the Lord! Lift up these new members that they will grow in Christ and be faithful in attending services.
We have had a lot of sickness while our kids have been home from school. This last bout sent me to the pharmacy to buy antibiotics and there I met a Kenyan Kuria man who is also a Baptist! He was very interested to find out that we have a Baptist church here. Pray that he will attend and be an encouragement to our congregation.
Pray, also, to bind the evil one. Plans for David and the pastors to go out witnessing have been circumvented by illness and emergencies. Pray that the Spirit of God will overcome all obstacles to the furthering of His kingdom.
